The text within the block may be right or left justified,
centered, or left-right justified.

The block mark may be used for sorting text in increasing or
decreasing order. The top line of the block mark may be
replicated through the whole block. This greatly reduces the
amount of redundant typing that has to be done. The block
may also be filled in with any string. In this case '*123'
Alt-B specifies diagonal corners of the BLOCK mark.
Alt-U UNMARKS any existing mark.
Alt-D DELETES existing mark.
Alt-O OVERLAYS block on top of existing text.
Alt-T TRANSFERS, overlays and fills old position with spaces.
Alt-M MOVES existing mark to the cursor position.
Alt-Z COPIES existing mark to the cursor position.
